Road Stabilisation

At Surfprep we are able to offer road stabilisation services.

The milling heads (cold planners) we use for asphalt milling can easily be adapted to carry out stabilisation work. We can stabilise at both 450mm and 600mm widths and at depths of up to 150mm. The process usually involves milling the surface, spreading cement and then re-milling to mix in the cement. Water is added during the rolling process. All our bobcats are road registered and arrive complete with hazard lights, flashing beacons, reversing beacons (white noise) and rear view mirrors for safety. Our operators are licensed to a minimum of class 2 with WTR endorsements and all hold current sitesafe passports and first aid certificates. 24 / 7 coverage available.
